.NET Developer (Trading Platform)
What you’ll work on
Build real-time trading applications and a learning platform for traders. This is hands-on work with distributed systems where performance matters — milliseconds impact trading outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement services and REST APIs using .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core
- Develop event driven systems consuming real-time data streams from Kafka
- Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews following our architectural standards
- Collaborate on technical design documents and estimate development effort
- Work with the team on containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment (AWS/Kubernetes)
- Contribute to migrating legacy systems to modern .NET architecture
Required Skills
- 2+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET
- Strong understanding of REST API
- Experience in design and implementation of multi layered architecture
- Experience with Entity Framework
- Solid grasp of OOP principles and design patterns
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MSSQL preferred)
- Familiarity with Git and Agile development practices
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kafka, Redis, or other message queuing/caching systems
- Kubernetes or Docker containerization experience
- Exposure to microservices/service oriented architecture
- AWS or cloud infrastructure knowledge
- Experience with SignalR
