Key aspects of our custom CRM
- Integrate and Extend VoIP Systemsh
- Seamlessly integrate Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) functionalities into our CRM
system - Enhance customer interactions by enabling voice communication capabilities directly
within the platform - Plan and execute further integrations to automate processes and explore the potential of
including Large Language Models (LLM) to optimize workflows. - Rewrite and Modernize the UI
- Transition the existing user interface from Ext.js to Next.js, ensuring a modern,

- Leverage AWS Services

Qualifications
- Experience with .NET and ASP.NET MV3
- AWS experience – a big advantage

• Lead the product strategy and road-map;

Marketing Technology & Automation Specialist
Job Description
We’re looking for a hybrid technical and marketing-minded professional to own the implementation, integration, and optimization of our marketing technology stack. You’ll work closely with our marketing and development teams to design workflows, implement tracking, automate processes, and connect various tools that drive marketing performance and data-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation and management integrations across marketing and growth tools such as Zapier, n8n, Google Tag Manager (GTM), customer.io, Voluum, and others.
- Set up, monitor, and maintain key marketing automations and workflow systems.
- Implement advanced campaign tracking, conversion attribution, and traffic source configuration using Voluum.
- Collaborate with marketers to configure and deploy tracking pixels, custom events, and tags via Google Tag Manager.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, Report Builder, and SSAS Tabular, assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of data-driven solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to transform raw data into meaningful insights, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to support reporting and analytics

CRM Team Leader
Tiebreak Solutions is looking for a CRM Team Leader to strengthen our CRM capabilities and help drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. As CRM Team Leader, you will serve as the right hand to the Head of CRM, leading the execution of the CRM strategy while ensuring strong alignment across departments. You’ll coordinate daily team activities, guide the development of engaging player journeys, and use data to continuously optimize performance in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support: Act as the key liaison between the Head of CRM and the CRM team, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensuring smooth communication.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day team operations including planning, execution, QA, and delivery of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app).
- Lifecycle & Retention Campaigns: Manage the ongoing optimization of client journeys, lifecycle messaging, onboarding flows and reactivation campaigns to increase client LTV and reduce churn.
