Responsibilities:

• Maintaining communication with suppliers regarding all accounting matters;

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy;

• Handling invoices and payment orders;

• Maintaining communication with the treasury department with all matters regarding payments;

• Researches and resolves general inquiries, billing, and data issues;

• Verifying settlement of invoices and conclusion of a transaction;

• Remedying failures in bank transactions;

• Inserting monthly billing orders according to invoices;

• Filing invoices, payment orders, SWIFT, and related documents, and correspondences;

• Balancing suppliers’ records;

• Balancing customers’ records;

• Generating monthly reports regarding open balances, payments, reconciliations, etc.;

• Compiles, analyzes, and reports financial data across different segments of the business and ensures data integrity in all reporting activities;

• Completes month-end related activities;

Requirements:

Requirements:

1. 2 years of experience with Next.js

2. Strong understanding of ReactJS and its core principles and at least 3 years of experience building reapplications using React.

3. Comprehensive understanding of Responsive Design Principles as well as familiarity with such layout techniques including Flexbox and CSS Grids.

2. Researching and evaluating potential vendors and suppliers.

3. Negotiating contracts and pricing terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness. Particular focus on putting out tenders and awarding contracts to best service/price offers between Cloud providers, and security vendors (both hardware and licenses) for example.

4. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their technology requirements and align procurement strategies.

5. Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures.

6. Managing the procurement process, including issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues or discrepancies.

7. Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

8. Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities and vendor performance.

9. Monitoring and evaluating vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A CIPS Diploma or similar certification would be advantageous.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate optimally across all levels of the organization. Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
• A minimum of 3 years of procurement experience working within large international companies, candidates with Fintech or online gaming experience would be advantageous.
