We need you as:

Senior Web Developer

You will have the opportunity to:

• Assist in project planning and work in cooperation with all parties involved

• Design, develop, deploy, maintain and troubleshoot solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, quality, and speed

• Create and maintain fully responsive web solutions, both standalone and as part of a CMS platform such as WordPress

• Improve loading times using different tools and techniques

• Create and maintain JavaScript libraries

• Enhance team accomplishments and competence by effectively collaborating with other team members

We are looking for:

• 3+ years experience in web development

• Deep knowledge and understanding of the basics – HTML/ CSS/ JavaScript/ Web Standards/ Responsive (mobile first) web development/ cross-browser compatibility/ SEO principles

• Working experience with CSS preprocessors (LESS, SASS/SCSS)/ JavaScript libraries and frameworks (e.g. jQuery/ Vue.js/ React/ Angular/ etc.)/ front-end component libraries (e.g. Bootstrap/ Foundation/ etc.)

• Very good knowledge of/ experience with PHP (5/7)/ MySQL

• Hands-on experience with PHP based CMS (e.g. WordPress) – maintenance/ theme and plugin development from scratch

• Good understanding of APIs/ API integration/ etc.

• Working proficiency in English

• Very good communication skills/ team player behavior/ willingness for learning and self-improvement

• A “can do” attitude

Not required, but a big plus:

• Obtained or pursuing a degree in the IT sector

• Knowledge of/ experience with .Net (C#/ ASP)/ Java/ other similar languages

• Knowledge of/ experience with relational and non-relational database platforms – SQL/ NoSQL

• Knowledge or/ experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)

• Administer the company’s physical and virtual infrastructure

• Solve critical problems in production environments

• Actively monitor the infrastructure

• Administer Storage systems

• Maintain email infrastructure (on-premise and Office365)

• Develop scripts to automate work tasks

• Install and configure new systems

• Manage automatic deployment of OS security updates centrally

• Ensure proper work of the hardware equipment

• Maintain accurate process documentation;

Requirements :
• 3+ years of experience

• Scripting experience (Python/PowerShell/Bash)

• System Administration of Microsoft Server (2008/2012 R2/2016)

• Experience with virtualization technologies – Vmware, HyperV

• Experience with Storage systems – Netapp, HP 3PAR

• Good knowledge of MS Exchange or Office365

• Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies configuration

• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP)

• Experience with Linux servers administration will be considered as an

And you possess these qualities:
• Love working with data, exploring, digging, analyzing;
• 1-2 years of professional experience in the analysis of large data sets preferably in the online/communications industries;
• Experience with SQL is a must;
• Professional experience with Power BI Dax is an advantage;
• Professional experience with Web Analysis tools.
• Education in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.;
• Experience in Excel and other database and reporting tools;
• Ability to translate business requirements into a technical plan;
• Excellent communication skills – being able to collaborate on a daily basis with various managers within the company.

Then you’d be perfect to:
• Extract data from the DB using SQL; Create queries and scripts for aggregation and modeling of raw data.
• Use excel for pivot tables for presenting and performing data analysis. Additionally, using SQL and tools like Power BI
• Maintain existing reports and procedures;
• Perform data quality analysis of customer data from all types; Analyzing and monitoring the quality of data and the performance of business activities and producing conclusions.
• Work with large data sets in the online environment;
• Develop reports to track performance, identify KPIs, and perform statistical analyses;
• Customer Analysis – identify how we can maximize customer lifetime value and repurchase rate;
• Work as part of a team in a global environment;
• Manage an interface with many company units.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and across the internal teams
• Ensure customers receive excellent and consistent service

• Defuse Situations/Crisis and communicate with the relevant people during
ongoing crisis

• Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis

• Recruit, train, and support help desk representatives and technicians

• Set specific customer service standards

• Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and
handling complaints

• Establish best practices through the entire technical support process

• Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement

• Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on the team’s productivity

• Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams, like product
developers

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Help desk manager

• Fluent English

• Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical
audience

• Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Team management skills

• Good mediation skills are important for performing this duty.
