You will have the opportunity to:

• Design, Deploy and Support applications developed in-house, both on
Premise and in the Cloud.

• Establish proper reliable and resilient production-ready infrastructure.

• Automate and improve development processes.

• Monitor and troubleshoot.

• Learn, apply and share your knowledge.

We are looking for:

• 2-5 years of experience as DevOps Engineer or System Administrator
(Windows or Linux).

• Proficiency in writing advanced scripts in Powershell or Bash.

• Some programming experience in Python, Node.js, or other languages.

• Experience with GIT, TFS, or other code versioning systems.

• Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, or other build automation systems.

• Experience with configuration tools like Salt, Ansible, Puppet, or others is a plus.

• Experience with Amazon Web Services or other cloud platforms is a plus.

• Experience with basic database administration (MSSQL, MySQL,
PostgreSQL) is a plus.

• Good English communication, writing and organizational skills.

• Experience working with a large-scale production environment.

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Icinga, Zabbix, Graylog,
or others.

• Self-learning, capable, and technologically curious.

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

A Technical Support Specialist with English

You will have the opportunity to:

• Meet the demands of customers for solving problems when working with software;
• Provide technical support to customers via telephone, email, or other electronic means, including diagnosing and resolving issues and problems in software, computer peripheral equipment, networks, databases, and the Internet, providing guidance and support development, installation, and maintenance of systems;
• Resolve the operational problem, prepares and presents; presents reports for the performed activities;
• Maintain records of daily operations for the transmission of digital data, problems and remedial action carried installation activities;
• Investigate and implement solutions in consultation with user manuals, technical
manuals, and more;
• Ensure customers’ indulgence;

We are looking for:

• High school diploma or university degree in the IT field;
• Fluent in English;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, Windows OS;
• Intermediate knowledge of Hardware support;
• Previous experience in a technical position would be considered as an advantage;
• Excellent attendance and strict adherence to daily schedules is required;
• Strong communication skills;
• Highly Customer oriented;
• Team-worker able to work under pressure;
• Computer literate;
• Ready to work on a specific schedule
