Are you a driven and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Fintech, passionate about creating innovative CRM solutions that redefine customer interactions? Join our
dynamic team as a Senior Product Manager for our cutting-edge CRM product, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer relationship management in the financial technology industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Operations, CRM, Customer
    Service, R&D, Developers, QA, and Architects.
  • Interface and Integration Mapping: Collaborate with external and internal customers to map and define interfaces and integrations between our platform and external platforms, ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Product Development: Lead and drive product development efforts, working alongside a team of world-class engineers and designers, to deliver a user-centric and cutting-edge CRM solution.
  • User Satisfaction: Utilize usability studies, research, and market analysis to translate customer insights into product requirements, enhancing user satisfaction and engagement.
  • Product Communication: Clearly communicate product requirements, user scenarios, flow charts, and market analysis to bring the product strategy and roadmap to life. Define
    specifications and implement web and application features.
  • Business Metrics and Analysis: Deliver against key business metrics, analyze user behavior, and identify trends to inform data-driven product decisions.
  • Agile Management: Manage Sprints content and backlog, ensuring iterative, agile software delivery with short release cycles.
  • Product Area Ownership: Be the point person for an entire product area, continually evolving and representing defined strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in the Fintech industry, with a strong focus on building CRM products.
  • CRM and Marketing Automation: Good understanding of CRM and marketing automation concepts and practices.
  • Agile Software Delivery: Experience with iterative, agile software delivery methodologies and short release cycles.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Demonstrated experience in effectively collaborating with multiple teams for seamless project delivery across the organization.
  • Large-Scale Platforms: Experience working on large-scale platforms or infrastructure, including building APIs, products, and complex systems.
  • Fluent English: Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have:

Financial Market Knowledge: Good understanding of Trading, Investment, Stock Market, and/or Payment solutions.
