About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join our Product & Technology division. This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation. You will collaborate closely with System Architects, Infrastructure Engineers, Product Managers, and R&D teams to ensure our documentation accurately reflects the design, functionality, and operation of our platforms.

The ideal candidate has strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to organize and present information logically and visually.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Writing

• Create, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation including system architecture descriptions, APIs, deployment guides, and integration manuals.
• Translate complex technical information into clear and accessible content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across all technical documents, ensuring alignment with company standards and terminology.
• Write internal documentation for developers, infrastructure engineers, and support teams.

Collaboration & Knowledge Management

• Work closely with System Architects, Infrastructure, Product, and R&D teams to gather technical information and ensure documentation reflects current system design.
• Participate in project and design discussions to anticipate documentation needs early in the development cycle.
• Review and edit documentation produced by other contributors to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Contribute to improving documentation processes, templates, and internal knowledge-sharing practices.

Visual & Structural Communication

• Prepare technical diagrams, flowcharts, and visual materials using tools such as draw.io, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar.
• Organize documentation repositories for ease of navigation and access.
• Support creation of internal training or onboarding materials when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a software, infrastructure, or technology-driven environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts, system architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with documentation tools and version control systems (Confluence, Git, Markdown, etc.).
• Proficiency in creating visual diagrams and technical illustrations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
